Experts who aren't condescending; what more could I ask for? I just scheduled my second rental with them for our annual charity event, and they are just fantastic. They made the process easy at every step: recommending exactly what I needed for the event size, carefully explaining how the equipment works, warning me about common user errors, making sure every cable was neatly bundled, and helping me carry everything to my car. They answered all of my many questions with much patience, and never made me feel like an idiot for asking. They are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they go out of their way to make it easy to operate big powerful equipment. Great job!
Used these guys to hire sound equipment for my wedding. They were super helpful as I was out at the venue on the day of and someone else had to pick up the equipment for me. Dan responded to multiple emails promptly and gave me a tutorial on how to set up and run the system prior to the day. My experience was excellent , I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Clean place with friendly staff. Had my VHS of 80s childhood stuff transferred to digital fast and affordable. They have a decent selection of sound and lights too.
