Frank Ward and his team at Acoustical Design were very professional from start to finish in their installation of a new sound system at Bethel United Methodist Church in Forest acres. As Pastor, I appreciated the time they took in the beginning to listen carefully to our sound needs. We even needed some custom installation done and they were able to handle this. After installation and payment for the system, Frank Ward and his team have been available to help us with the new system whenever needed. Great experience!

Acoustical Design helped our Church plan for a new pipe organ installation and did an excellent job. Frank Ward walked our team through an analysis of the existing acoustics in our sanctuary, created a virtual 3-D map of our sanctuary, and helped us plan our renovations to get the sound quality we had hoped for. Frank was patient and helpful in helping us balance the acoustical needs in our church's sanctuary.

Frank is the man! He is a fountain of knowledge and experience, and is always willing to take the time to share. Kavon is dedicated and very professional, and Lauren is a wonderful addition to the team. I always enjoy working with Acoustical Design for anything from measuring reverb, to planning and installing acoustic treatments and A/V Hardware. I highly recommend!
