JAASC had the pleasure of working with Shy and AV Upstate during our annual Japanese Bon Dance Festival. AV Upstate was able to offer a fair price matching his equipment to previous quotes, they arrived early to setup and practice with the musicians, provided an extra wireless mic, stayed throughout the event to make sure everything ran smoothly, and Shy was genuinely positive to work with during the event! During the quoting process he was quick to respond and update the requirements, extremely professional, and politely answered all questions. Highly recommend using AV Upstate LLC for your AV needs.

We love Shy and his team! He’s come out two years in a row to come do sound for our smaller music festivals and we have nothing but good things to say! He shows up on time, very kind to all of our musicians and vendors and is honestly such a blast to work with! Our musicians even gave him a shout out at our last venue because of how good the instruments and vocals sounded while they were playing. It makes us happy knowing that not only is Shy amazing to work with and that the music sounds amazing, but our musicians always feel supported and cared for by him. We will forever only use Shy as our sound guy!! 10/10

AV Upstate was hands down the best audio company I have rented from in the last 3 years. The customer service over the phone was great in choosing the correct sound for the event, they delivered the sound on time, helped me setup everything and adjust all the levels to fit the acoustics of the room, and picked everything up right on time. I have not had a company that has offered this type of 5 star service and will always call AV Upstate i’m the future for all of my rentals. Thanks so much!🤟🏼
