I had a “dropped zone” on our home SONOS System and called Mr. Barry Wittenberg who had assisted previously during the installation several years ago and remembered him to be excellent. He called me back promptly and WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS FOR A “REBOOT” OVER THE PHONE! It worked as he predicted. It could have been just as easy to schedule a home visit, which would’ve been very appropriate to incur a bill. However, his kindness, professionalism, concise directions, and overall demeanor was so refreshing and so thoughtful. I highly recommend this company and identify Mr. Barry Wittenberg specifically as an outstanding example of customer service.

Our experience with AudioBuys was first-rate. We were in the process of building a new home, and for everything we needed regarding home entertainment, security, flood protection, etc. -- Audio Buys had a comprehensive, integrated solution. Barry, the owner, spent a lot of time with us walking us thru the various options in each area and explained the differences in costs vs. quality. And the installation team was fantastic! There were more than six people involved at any given time, and they were all extremely professional and attentive. We've now been in the house for four months and are quite pleased with how everything has turned out -- and when we have the occasional question, AudioBuys has been responsive and helpful.

Customer service is horrible. Audio Buys did all the wiring for our home when it was being built. We have since decided to move our pre-wired tv mount location. Scheduling was super easy. The day a technician was scheduled to come he was a no show so I called that afternoon and he was running late. A few hours late. I understand things get hectic but a phone call would have been nice. The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. The process continued to go down hill after he left. It’s been two weeks and I have not received a price proposal. I have called, texted and was told to email the owner because “he would definitely respond”. Crickets. I have now reached out to another company. They have lost a repeat customer for all future planned work in the future.
