I’ve had good experiences here before, which is why this stood out. I called to ask if I could arrive about 10 minutes after closing to purchase a cable I had already confirmed was in stock. I made it clear I understood if they couldn’t stay late and would happily come another day. During the call, the employee commented that it was “for a $3 product,” which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. I completely understand a business not being able to remain open after hours. That was not the issue. The issue was how the request was handled and how the value of the purchase was framed. Customers should not feel embarrassed for trying to buy something your store carries. I hope communication with customers is treated more professionally in the future.

Great local place to go for sound, lighting and installation needs. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Looked at lights as well as got information about speakers. Have rented equipment from before and they were very helpful with instructions on setup and use. Great team to work with!
