Customer Reviews
I went to Dino’s after my speakers went out and had a crazy chain events and let’s just say the customer service and understanding was a 10/10. I came to them after my speakers went out in my Nissan Altima. I got 4 speakers and a subwoofer put in very simple and quick process. My sub went out a few days later because I did not do my research. They honored the warranty and even offered to put in temporary subwoofers while I waited for the new sub. I got the temp put in and then a truck ran into the back of my car where it was deemed totaled. I was able to grab the temp subwoofer and notified them of what happened they reinstalled everything for me and put in the temps in my new car and eventually I got the new one and they switched it out. They were so accommodating and understanding of my situation 10/10 would recommend. Everything was at a great price point and services were done quickly and efficiently.
Everyone in Dinos treated me kindly and respectfully from the moment I walked in the door. (I will update this once I get an installation done, because I'm new to the area.) I can't say that I was respected by any of the other car audio shops so far in Greensboro or even respected at other custom car shops in general here in Greensboro so far. Which I'd almost given up on finding a good audiophile shop here. Dinos is the best shop I've visited so far in Greensboro!!! They took the time to honestly discuss options of me doing my extremely limited space audio system or them doing it and giving honest options and opinions as to which way to go with my system and each benefit. Knowing I'm not pulling the trigger on this system just... yet, and I could leave to do the installation myself and not return. Yet, because I was respected immediately, I will be going to Dinos in the next month or less for my car and truck audio and other custom vehicle work. I'm getting my 1956 Ford F1 built very soon. I'll ask the guys at Dinos what shops to use for my 56 Ford truck and what shops not to use for that build and what parts they can do. I used to have a warehouse in Asheville and a corporation previous to the hurricane hellene and always did all my race cars, trucks, and car audio myself. Ever since the mid-90s, I've done audio installations in my vehicles. I look 25 to 30 ish, but I'm actually 45 years old. I think shops think I'm a kid window shopping with no money. When really I'm trying to find the very best shop in Greensboro to do all my vehicles work moving forward. I do different vehicle audio systems every 6ish months or less. If Dinos does as good of work as their friendly customer service, you can guess where I'll be getting all my audio work done moving forward, Dinos! Now I just need to find color matched truck topper for my Ford f350 King Ranch diesel truck. So I can get dinos to do my big project spl competition setup 6th order window blow through with the long bed absolutely 💯 full of Pride subwoofers and a big flat screen TV/stunt wall across the back of the bed. Which I'm sure they can help me with. Plus, they carry DD subwoofers. That I also liked. DD is a very good solid subwoofer to be using for customer installs. I'm sure they have many happy customers with DD subs in their vehicles. See you all soon, and thank you! It's a relief to finally find a good, respectful custom car and audio shop in Greensboro!!!
Honestly hate to make this review. However people should be aware of the service here. I got a radio installed and chose this place because they had stellar reviews. I paid a decent amount of money to have a radio installed that restarts when I hit a heavy bump on the road. And the technicians that installed my radio failed to plug my hazard lights for my car back in. When I called to ask if they would be willing to pay for me having to get my hazards fixed (which was fifty dollars). I got told by them that I could bring it to them to fix. Which I honestly would be worried to do anyways. After telling them that I couldn’t drive eleven hours (due to moving) to make it into their shop. They transferred me to a technician who told me that “it is not that hard to remove the panel and fix my hazards myself.) 1. I shouldn’t have to do that when I paid for a professional service. 2. I have no idea how to do that which Is why I looked for professionals to do the work in the first place. Honestly just disappointed in the lack of care on behalf of this company. Just another one of those take your money and don’t care about quality places. I attached a picture for proof, I just want people to be aware that despite their good reviews. This place is not professional at all.
