Carolina Custom Sound provided excellent expertise and professional service in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them. We had multiple problems with video/audio function of our receiver, wall-mounted TV and several speakers in our house. So, I contacted CCS. Both Milton and Chris came and performed diagnostic tests, found several problems, and offered several possible solution options. We chose an option which resolved multiple problems, and we're pleased with the results.The installation was performed in a professional manner. We were shown how to use all functions, which were user-friendly. We appreciate that we weren't pressured to purchase more expensive solution options. In my opinion, the cost was reasonable and fair.

We worked with Chris and his team at Carolina Custom Sound from conceptual design to finished product on our home theater. Honestly couldn’t ask for better service or a more enjoyable experience. What started as a build for my 4 and 8 year olds has quickly become a family and friend destination for low key hang outs! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable group to work with for all your home entertainment needs!

I would highly recommend using Carolina Custom Sound. Two techs, Robert and Jeff, just installed wall mounts for my tv and soundbar and it went flawlessly. I was called a day prior to installation to remind me, called again when the techs were en route, then they actually showed up at the scheduled time. They didn't waste any time and performed their job exceptionally. 5 Stars
