Staff is very friendly, welcoming and eager to help with any questions you may have about anything. I didnt have any issues with scheduling or getting my car in at all. It was a very smooth process and the end result was amazing. Caleb the front of office man was very helpful in getting the installation planned he reccomended the best speakers for my budget and was very open with all of the charges and labor cost. He kept me posted about any additional information about my car during the installation and overall a great customer service rep. I will be returning for further installations!
Wanted autostart installed in my suburau that I could start from the basement of a corporate building. Tim and Caleb were extremely helpful with informing me of options I had available and pricing. Follow up they sent me as I continued searching was key as I nearly put off the entire installation. Quick and easy process day of instalatiin, just dropped off the car before my shift and came back after. Big win was I had assumed I would need to pay for the Drone app during the winter to be able to use it after the free trial but the remote works through the concrete walls and floor.
