I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I have had nothing but problems with my sound system for 13 years. Midco didn’t know how to get the system working and recommended Arctic Audio. I called them and they were beyond nice. They came over right away and In 30 minutes they had everything working. I have music throughout my house just in time for Christmas. I love these guys! I highly recommend them as they are definitely the best in the area!
I've never had to post a review like this in my life, but unfortunately this business did everything possible to get me to do it. Over a month ago, I reached out to Arctic Audio to get a quote for a home installation, and initially it was fairly easy to set up an appointment. They seemed interested in my business and they gave every indication that they can accommodate me. About a week later, the owner and a few workers showed up to my house as scheduled to assess what equipment would be required. The process went pretty well even though the owner was miffed that I was transparent about shopping around with two other businesses as well, but I looked past it. Before he left, he said that he would have quote ready the next day. After a few days passed with no quote, I called the business and was then notified by him that it would be ready the next week. There was no attempt at communication from the business a month later. Finally, I stopped by to get some clarification on the status, and the owner claimed that he has no time for my business. If this is true (maybe a grudge inexplicably developed from shopping around), then why did they even bother with coming over to my house over a month ago? TLDR - Arctic Audio is deceiving with availability, and will not hesitate to drop all communication randomly.
I called for a quote on a Sony projector. I was told they had one on display I could come see. After talking to the owner I purchased said projector on the spot. He is very well versed in the product and very helpful. Competitive pricing and after the sale support is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you.
