First of all I was recommended by Fred Anderson to go here to install a new media center to include android auto/ apple carplay on my wife's 2019 4runner. These guys were nothing but professional. I could have done more research into the media unit I ordered. But I came to them with a hamilton motor company t10 unit and they let me know their hesitations and concerns with the unit and therefore I had proper expectations before the install. The install went great and the unit works as intended. (My only gripe is the video quality on the backup camera) which i want to emphasize has nothing to with the shops install. It's solely a shottfall of the unit I ordered. They even did an impeccable job installing the microphone there is really no bad static or feedback like some of the reviews I read from people who installed this unit online. 10 out of 10 these guys won't let you down and they will give it to you straight. If I went to them first I might have gotten the more expensive alpine unit they have in store. That can be the next upgrade ha. Overall I'm happy with this unit and it's a great upgrade to have apple carplay and android auto and couldn't have done it without them!

Terrible service and quality! We had Audio Evolution install a new audio system and trailer hitch on a 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. The audio had issues with static within the first few months. They said the problem was an incompatibility with Toyota factory wiring and the new audio wiring; however, the issues continues. (They didn't mention an incompatibility when they installed the system.) After numerous calls, I gave up trying to schedule another repair. Recently, I noticed the trailer lights they installed weren't working. Upon investigation, I discovered that the connection that Audio Evolution crimped was so poor that the wire came undone (see photo).
