Jeff was absolutely amazing. I was about to move across the country and the front speakers in my car weren't working. I went to Car Toys, but they screwed me over big time. They gave my car new speakers and charged me a lot of money, but made the car sound way worse than before. I called Jeff, and even on short notice (I was leaving in 3 days), he squeezed me in and went above and beyond in fixed the issues. Turns out, Car Toys wired a bunch of things wrong and installed the speakers in such a way that it could have damaged my windows. Jeff is an amazing guy, and I couldn't recommend this place enough!
Love everything about this place. Great customer service and a large friendly dog that makes your feel right at home. The work speaks for itself. They let me know that I actually had an extra amp in the car that I just purchased and made sure to include that in my setup. It sounds phenomenal so now, I can't stop driving my car. They also discovered that my car had a remote start and made sure to program it and add in a new key. These guys did excellent work and will go back if I need upgrades or another install.
Jeff is the most professional nicest helpful person I've ever met. He hooked up my system so fast and efficient I was shocked nice quality work I strongly recommend this place his prices are the best in Spokane.
