I had an outstanding experience with Wipliance. I purchased a TV directly from Samsung, but the installation company they hired refused to mount it because it needed to be hung about 15 feet above my fireplace. After four months — and multiple calls to other companies — the TV was still sitting in the box. I found Wipliance through a Google search, hoping to locate someone capable and willing to take on the job. From the very first phone call, they impressed me. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and punctual. They handled the installation safely and professionally, and the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Wipliance and will absolutely be hiring them again for my security system and home automation projects.
Still not finished. We are waiting for more components. But the installation professionals were respectful and courteous. There are still a number of glitches in the system. 03/17/2025 update: In spite of the glitches, Wi Pliance remained responsive and addressed all the problems effectively. We love our new home audio and video systems and we expect to work with Wi Pliance over some lighting problems in the home. Also, Don, Daryl and Dylan all showed investment in a satisfying outcome. It is terribly anxiety-triggering to have to pay before anything is delivered and working. Don and the service team made sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them!
We selected Huppins to install a new sound system with our existing large flat screen TV. They gave us an initial bid that included three options. Once selected we scheduled the service install. They arrived on time and did a superb job. They were thorough, put everything back together, cleaned up afterward and gave us a very clear and easy to follow set of instructions to operate our new sound system. Their prices are competitive and the entire team was very professional. I would highly recommend them.
