I bought a Sonos system from Lavish and they did not explain how to control the system adequately. It is a fairly complex system because it combines some old wired speakers with the new electronics of Sonos, so I asked them to come again when I couldn't get it to work and they charged me $250 and I still couldn't operate it successfully. I contacted Lone Crow and Tony came out the next day and spent the time needed for me to work it properly in about 1 hour. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend Lone Crow.

Bailey was extremely knowledgeable as well and very tech-savvy to get everything set up and running smoothly. If you’re looking for top tier audio gear and honest guidance, I can’t recommend Valhalla HiFi enough.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new turntable at Lone Crow. Initially went in to get my old one fixed, and when it ended up being unfixable they hooked me up with a beautiful new set up. I'm not much of an audiophile but they were so helpful and really walked me through the whole process. The staff is so kind and knowledgable, would recommend stopping in if you're looking for a new sound system, or just want to chat about music!

He actually listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me something. I ended up going with an Advance Paris system and it sounds incredible—way better than I expected, honestly. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just hand me the gear and send me on my way—he helped me get everything set up in my living room and made sure it was all working right. Tony has been a key provider of my best hifi electronics and speakers in my awesome audiophile journey. I had the pleasure to visit the new store and demo an insanely good Advance Paris integrated amplifiers and Tannoy Cheviot speakers and request tracks to demonstrate. It's a great pleasure to be able to listen to such a nice stereo system and learn about the hobby from Tony. When I am ready to upgrade I would happily prioritize buying with Santa Rosa Stereo.

Tony set up an awesome home system for my boyfriend and I. I was skeptical of our need for a whole audio system but tony came over and set up some really cool vintage pioneer speakers and I was sold after hearing the sound quality. The system has become one of my favorite parts of our living room. Highly recommend working with Tony to elevate your home audio system for an affordable price.

I had Lucas, Hi Fi Innovations professionally solder in new speaker wiring and install binding posts for a pair of large tower speakers that are too large to move. He made a house call and spent the whole afternoon, working diligently, patiently and professionally to complete this task. I disassembled, installed the crossover components and reassembled them myself but I needed a steady hand for the soldering. Very happy with his work, he was a Godsend for this project. Love the sound of the speakers, thank you, Lucas.

I had a great experience with Hifi Innovations! Lucas set up my home sound system and got it tuned and sounding incredible. I don’t know much about stereo equipment so it was awesome to have him come over and install it for me. Any time I have a question about my system, he’s always very prompt in responding to my texts. I highly recommend Lucas for your speaker or stereo repairs also!

Turntable wizard Jason P set me up with a dedicated mono cartridge for my mono setup. Everything dialed in and ready. Neatened up some sloppy wiring on another turntable I had. Checked out a hum on a preamp. Jason is a really chill and friendly person who is excellent at what he does. Also helped out an acquaintance of mine in selecting a cartridge and dialing in his deck as well. Certainly above and beyond. Steven is very welcoming and spun some of my records on a super high end system in the back. Big or small, they take care of you. Support local business.

Earlier this week, I called from the East Coast with a few questions that I could not get answered elsewhere.. Steven answered the phone and was an absolute delight. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, passionate and helpful in not only answering my questions, but also offering meaningful food for thought. As a KEF / Linn dealer and old Thiel lover, which I did not know prior to the call, we immediately connected. What an enjoyable experience! I highly recommend Steven and Lavish Hi Fi if you have a hankering for new high end audio gear or are interested in jumping into this life enhancement hobby. His counsel is top notch and spot on. Ugh, I wanted this relationship to work out well. I hired them for what they told me was their "sweet spot". Reconnecting my TV remotes and getting the displays on my two new TVs connected to the Cable. They spent all day at my house, inventoried my entire system and then charged me for this effort. When they left only one of the two TVs was working, they clipped a wire to my WAP which took a network expert hours and a fortune to figure out, and they disconnected wiring that ran my wifi which I also had to have repaired. I hired another expert who hooked up the other TV in one hour. Very nice people, but they unfortunately were incapable of even simple tasks in their "sweet spot"
