I initially contacted four TV/Audio installation services to obtain estimates for having our new TV and Sounbar system installed. Spencer at Tech Sonoma is the best at all tech installation! He has mounted a TV for us, installed Nest cameras, and hooked up our Ethernet. He's a jack of all trades, and a master of all. I highly recommend him and will definitely hire him again in the future.

Spencer did a great job mounting our new large screen Samsung. He did a super clean job, including hiding all wiring behind the wall. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Totally professional, I’d call Tech Sonoma again in a heartbeat.

Replaced an old smaller flat screen with a new 65 inch version. Brien was on-time, actually 5 minutes early, quick and efficient. Installed and then confirmed everything was working correctly. Much better price than Geek squad and we're happy to support a local business!

This service is very expensive and the work is usually incomplete. When asked to come back to complete the work, you are asked to pay again. There is no warranty of the work and the owner/operator is rude and not interested to satisfy his customers. I would not use the service and would not recommend it to a friend. Be aware of the high cost and the poor quality and the rudness of the technician.

Brien is a very high quality technician who charges a fair price and always gets back to you when you need something. He is very polite, nice and cooperative. He does anything video/audio and more! I will only use Brien and Essential Audio/Video.
