Stellar experience. Highly recommended. After a long conversation with House of Stereo explaining what I wanted, what I was looking for and if I was looking at what was going to work for me - a pair of Quad Reveal 2 floorstanding speakers - Joe held my hand, took his time addressing my needs, my desires and my concerns, didnt try to sell me or steer me - he was honest and open and professional and friendly. I go on gut and my gut was telling me that I had come to the right place and was taking to the right guy. My gut was right - I could not be happier with the Quad's and could not be happier with my experience with House of Stereo. I cannot say enough good things about Joe, Jasmine and House of Stereo. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dont think twice.

Joe Parvey helped me find the perfect set of speakers for my needs and also let me listen to various other sound systems in the store that I never could have dreamed of getting to try out. If sound quality matters to you, this is the place to go! Skip the big box stores and Amazon - check this place out. You will not find this level of gear anywhere else. Perfect for audiophiles, musicians, recording studios, and home theaters. Even if you aren’t local, it’s worth the trip. You won’t believe how good a set of speakers can sound until you’ve been here. They also have every variety of stereo/theater amplifier you could want. Bose and Sonos have nothing on these brands!!

I bought a new cartridge from House of Stereo. Joe and Jasmin went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did I get an excellent, quality cartridge, Jasmin helped me install it. She spent over 2 hours instructing me on how to remove and install the new cartridge. She had all the tools laid out when I arrived. Then she guided me step by step on how to calibrate it to the most minute, perfection. I can not speak highly enough of her. I am really enjoying the great sound of the new cartridge on my VPI turntable (also purchased from House of Stereo). Thanks so much Joe and Jasmine! Your expertise and customer service is second to none!
