Updated: So now its 20 years, and the Goode guys just left after a smooth installation of ring products. They made it look easy, running cat6 and doing a tight integration. Kudos! Steven Goode has been helping us with AV and technology solutions for over 15 years, and has extensive knowledge of AV and home automation products. When it came to setting up our new home with an OLED TV mounted on the wall, adding intelligent lighting, a video doorbell, and cleaning up our home's network, Steven and Charles knocked it out of the park. Not only were the prices competitive (equipment and labor) but the install and attention to detail was excellent. They made sure every app was properly installed, connected, and working for us. Highest recommendations - Goode AVA is a pocket of excellence in a sea of mediocrity!

We recently built a house in Atlantic Beach and used Goode Audio for all of our AV, low voltage wiring, and Ring cameras. We installed a lot of equipment with full surround sound utilizing components in two locations, TV's in multiple rooms, bedrooms, and on the exterior. Steven and his team were excellent from the very beginning until the very end. They were always very responsive, very helpful, and always willing to do what was needed to ensure that we had a great experience. As a great example, we had one of our Parasound amps go bad about year after the install. Steven and his team jumped on it by installing a temporary amp and sourced a brand new replacement within two weeks. I can't say enough about Goode Audio, I highly recommend them.

After a quick google search for audio video stores, we contacted Five Smooth Stones regarding a very small project. We meet with Luke Dingfield who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, we really only needed to purchase equipment and found out this firm specializes as a full service integrator. So, in the end, since we only needed equipment and not installation, our project did not meet their business criteria. Even though no purchase was made, I appreciate the time and expertise that Luke contributed toward our project. I will definitely use them in the future if we need anything larger in the audio-video-smart home market and I highly recommend them.

If you want that movie theater sound in your home go to sound installation and design they have the most up-to-date and very impressive products around. Very helpful employees prices are a little bit high but you get what you pay for! and they have the best!! and their installation guys are very smart intelligent friendly and helpful and they know what they're doing. Terry was exceptionally courteous and a pleasure to deal with in making the appointment. Richard and Ryan arrived on time and addressed each issue. They simplified what was a complex arrangement of remote controls and put our surround sound system into perfect balance. Excellent company to work with and we will highly recommend to friends/neighbors!
