Patrick & Tyler just left our home. They installed a beautiful TV & Sonos soundbar on our lanai. They also replaced some bad rear speakers in our theater room. Lastly, changed our great room, and around the home, speakers to a Sonos system. These young men were very pleasant, kind & patient when answering our "new technology" questions, and professional in their work. They showed up when they said they were going to show, cleaned up behind themselves everyday and took pride in their work. I was pleased with them and the way the project turned out.
I had an excellent experience with Rob and his team members, Patrick and Tyler. Rob came out to see our existing AV set-up and talk through what I was hoping we could improve. I was grateful that he did not propose a hugely expensive transformation when my primary pain points could be addressed with minimal intervention. I note that they offer weekend availability, which is nice for folks who work outside the home during the week. Patrick and Tyler were fantastic. They texted 40 minutes in advance of their arrival, which I appreciated. They were professional, polite, and friendly. They addressed all of my concerns and even offered proactively to help with a few other things (like reprogramming a Ring camera mounted way up high on our pool cage). It was a great experience - I would absolutely use them again!
