Quick response from Branden when I requested help to resolve a surround sound issue. Recently purchased a home in Salem and could not get the built in front speakers to work. Called the other guy's "Squad" out twice and was told I was just out of luck. Found Northside Homeworks on Google and gave it a try. Success! Our technician, Dallas found the issue within 1/2 an hour and had our system sounding amazing within an hour at a very fair price. We built our house 4 years ago and Northside took care of all of our electrical needs as well as of the extras that we didn’t need, but are definitely enjoying! We most recently have been working with the Northside Homework’s division on our surround sound, security, etc... and the experience has been very positive! Northside Homeworks installed both sunshades and an entertainment system. This was a retrofit within an existing building, and they were careful and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered quickly and the products they recommended were just what we needed.
