I needed someone with A/V experience for an issue i was having with my surround sound speakers. I researched various companies and chose this company because of their great reviews. Tom Kelly (owner) and his son, Parker, came to my house. After I explained the problem, they investigated my system and fixed the issue with my speakers. Not only that, they also simplified the process of me accessing different things and did some programming that wasn't done with the initial set up years ago. Aside from being very knowledgeable and thorough, they made sure that I understood everything they were doing and was able to get into all the devices/services on the tv before they left. I appreciated all the education and that they listened well to my questions and concerns. They are also very nice, personable individuals. I will definitely be calling them again!

All I have to say is.. "Wow!". Local, family run business, that cares about the quality of their work? I didn't think those existed anymore. Tom and his apprentice (aka his son) came out to install two antennas at my house, which has a very difficult to reach roof. They walked me through every step of the process, made sure I was good with it, and executed the plan with precision and professionalism. Would recommend them for any of your home AV needs. They go above and beyond to make sure the project is executed correctly and cleanly.

Tom was able to squeeze us in late in the day prior to the 4th of July weekend. They came after work hours and stayed until our tv's were set up correctly and ceiling fan was installed. He is very upfront about pricing and makes great efforts to keep his service very affordable. He does not perform any work until the customer is fully aware of the cost. We are working on getting them scheduled to perform more work later in the month.
