I went to get an aux cable installed in my 06 mustang and they quoted me at $100. By the time they were finished the price had doubled! After picking it up I discovered that my AC fan no longer worked and they left trash all over the floor board of the vehicle as well as grease and dirt in the seats. The staff was very unprofessional and didnt even ask for my contact information before leaving the car to be worked on. I will never return here for anything and would not recommend this place to anyone!

I went in to ask questions about a subwoofer box and they were very friendly and knowledgeable on how to build the box for my sub specifications. They were able to add custom touches that I asked for and had the box done and just a couple of hours. As I was from out of town this was amazing to me. I would definitely come here again for car audio or for home audio needs in the future. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Never had any issue with them, very professional and knowledgeable. They install my alpine radio on my 92 civic back in the day and they used a different wire. I told them I wanted to use the oem connections I provided and without question they did it without extra charge. I highly recommend them!

Norris is the best in town at audio video installation. I used them to install a new video system at our church a few years back. Their staff was kind and courteous, and Michael (the owner) went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with our final product, and even helped us troubleshoot some technical issues we had shortly after installation.
