I called Audio Design and made an appointment to talk about rebuilding some Cerwin Vega home speakers. Roger suggested a pair of 15" audiophile speakers. We ordered and installed them that day. He rebuilt the cross-over network on the spot with a few other tweaks, now these speakers are literally phenomenal. I'm truly ecstatic over these speakers and the job they completed. I can recommend Audio Design & Automaton to anybody looking for a knowledgeable company to install and repair their audio system.

I am a very picky individual. After calling around to multiple Audio & Home Theater stores in Utah and multiple phone calls to several similar online stores as well, to do a Home Theater upgrade, I decided on Audio Design in Salt Lake City. Roger and his crew, Jordan and Beau went above and beyond EVEN MY expectations. These guys are not only VERY knowledgeable and thorough, but very detail oriented to the Nth degree! Always keeping me in the loop with all the details and suggestions, always cleaning up everything and treating my home with great respect, while at the same time offering very fair and reasonable prices! I honestly could not be happier with the whole process and the end result! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had initially called Downtown Audio for advice about my own apartment entertainment system DIY and wow am I glad went with Jordan and Roger’s installation instead. Both are knowledgeable and charming, and they spent time getting to know me and analyzing my space to ensure their recommendations would work with my equipment and furniture. Their equipment is price-matched, and I know I got an insane deal on the installation. Their attention to detail during the installation really impressed me and they left my place cleaner than they found it.
