We purchased a new large screen TV, and sound bar, to connect with our DISH Satellite. Now as a retired mature seasoned adult, I was not happy about having to use 3 remotes; I read the TV and sound bar instructions, which were a quick setup piece of paper, and was really confused and frustrated. A call to Glenn solved the problem. Charlie arrived at the scheduled appointment time and instantly knew the problem. Not only did he reprogram the DISH remote to replace the 2 remotes but he also changed the setting on the TV to provide a better sound and picture quality. Glenn & Charlie were polite, knowledgeable and did a great job of mounting and setting up the TV. They even calibrated the older remotes my folks were familiar with using. They showed up on time.
