I purchased a very expensive pair of Klipsch speakers from Hi-Fi Heaven on September 28, 2019 and was very impressed with the entire experience. I'm 65 years old and have been purchasing high end audio gear since 1973. The process with these guys was as good as it gets. They were straight forward with price, my trade-in allowance, and courteous in all aspects of the sale that followed. Pick up at the store was no less impressive, everything was as represented the day I drove two and a half hours to complete the transaction. HIGHLY recommended in every aspect!

I live in Portland, OR and there are tons of local turntable shops near me but I am loyal to Hi-Fi Heaven. Greg is the nicest person and professional. I got a great deal on a Hana ML cartridge from him and it was a perfect upgrade for my set up. He even took the time to microscope the Shibata stylus before he shipped it to me. Hands down the best Audio gear store in the USA. Buy with confidence, they are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and prices!
