Last year we had this company install a home theatre and sound system. During the process of installation there were many missed appointments even though confirmed. All it took was a call "we had a problem and couldn't make it" . We would wait around. Calls and emails to find out why appointment was missed no response until 1 or 2 days later. Company advertises 10% per cent over their cost, never could find out what their cost was (He said "I'm not telling you my cost"). Very frustrating to work with. We had a problem recently and couldn't get them to respond to us to help us address our problem. they wouldn't call back. THINK TWICE find someone reliable and responsive. We had a friend recommend them to us, they have since apologized after finding out what we went through.

I used this company for my first install about 6 years ago and was very impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism, since then I have used them for some other installs I have added to my home over the years! I have referred many of my friends and family over the years and we all had great experiences! Cost is very fair and the quality of the service and products were top notch!

Highly recommended! We are so happy that we found this company. I am not sure why others have had issues, but we did not. The owner was very upfront and honest with us from day one and helped us design a great system at no additional cost. Te install went great and we are enjoying our new system nearly every day. My husband LOVES the GoldenEar Speakers we purchased.
