Rick is the best! He installed our TVs and sound bars perfectly. Rick was great about communicating in advance of our appointment so he was prepared. We appreciated how he clarified exactly what we wanted, and was friendly and funny as he worked. Parts of the install were challenging, but Rick took it all in stride and was creative in his problem solving. We definitely recommend Rick for any AV needs.

Rick just finished up getting my new subwoofer and receiver all hooked up and everything is working perfect. Rick was great. He did as awesome job getting everything dialed in, not an easy task with our home configuration. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with anything surround sound or home theatre related. Rick helped me with the installation of Starlink on my roof. He listened to the project details and made suggestions on how to better install the unit with minimal structural disturbance. He was professional, knowledgeable and left a clean work area. He does awesome work. You will not be disappointed.

We had Lancaster Entertainment install a sound system throughout our home when we built it a little over a decade ago. Marv recommended a large screen plasma TV and surround sound system, which we bought. The installation was perfect and the TV lasted for years. When it was time to upgrade to the new 4K technology, I immediately called Lancaster Entertainment. Marv recalled our house and recommended a slightly larger screen TV that would fit our space and not require changes to the mounting hardware. Marv installed the TV and walked me through the controls to be sure that I knew what to do. I would use Lancaster Entertainment again—the service is fantastic, the products are great quality, and the installation excellent.

I highly recommend Lancaster Entertainment. I having used Marv for about 12 years now and have never experienced any service issues. He installed my home theater equipment when I built my house and the sound system throughout it and outdoors. Since then as I have added or upgraded, he is the guy to do it. If I have any questions or need something, he is very easy to reach and gets back to you. I've even had him troubleshoot and walk me through fixes over the phone to solve any problems. I wouldn't think of anyone else for my needs.

When I purchased my home 25 years ago I needed someone to install my sound system. Marv was referred to me and he set up and installed my entertainment center. I called him again to replace my exterior speakers and upgrade the system 20 years later. He also installed custom lighting on the exterior and interior of my home, which I am still receiving complements on. Just recently he installed exterior video cameras. Marv is responsive, professional and stands by his work. I would highly recommend him.

They are reasonably priced, and they do tremendous work! I had my truck's security system installed by them. They got it done quickly and they did a great job. I will be going back for all of my vehicle tech needs. Highly Recommended!

These guys are very professional. Spoke to Colby and he came right out and offered some great advice and products I didn't even know existed. Called to tell me his guys would be there at 8:00 am, and they sure were. Tim was very polite and got the job done in no time. Would highly recommend them.

Chad and the crew at AV Specialists took care of my low voltage cable and CAT 6 installation for a major remodeling project. They did an outstanding job, provided the network equipment, did a flawless installation and made sure everything was set up and functioned correctly. Chad answered all my questions before and after the installation. You feel like a client, not just a customer. Trust me...your contractor cannot do this. You need professionals!

Two years ago, Austin and his team installed a home theater system in our home which required tremendous creativity -- a dual shade with screen, drop down projector lift, Control4, the AV equipment, etc. They did an awesome job and we are extremely pleased. What is also very significant to note is that when problems arise, they are very quick and efficient in solving them. I recommend without hesitation.

The technical representatives provided professional and courteous installation of our TV and stereo equipment. Their customer education along with their attention to detail made their time at our home pleasant. Immediately after their first visit with us, we discussed more audio/visual possibilities. Our items are on order and AV Specialists will be returning soon.

Masterpiece Home Theater is the only company I will use for audio, video, and home automation systems in any of my properties. Don is in a class by himself when it comes to expertise, creativity, and design. He has designed a dedicated theater room in one of my homes, a stealth system integrated into the aft deck of my yacht, a multi-screen system in the sports bar of my vacation home, and whole-house audio systems in three different homes. This is who you call when you want audio systems and home theater that will knock your socks off while being so simple that a child can operate them. Do yourself a favor and call him before you finalize any plans; Don will likely have suggestions for achieving better results and/or lowering costs without sacrificing performance.

Colby helped us transform our living room into something that we couldn’t have imagined ourselves. Tim and Jade were absolutely wonderful and meticulous with their workmanship and are all around just great people. We had them install two TVs, surround sound with overhead speakers and five security cameras. Everything streamlined connected to a receiver with no wires seen. Did a horrible job installing dish TV service. Extra holes are in the walls. Needlessly installed holes they didnt need to. Didnt fix extra holes. Left garbage and cables on the ground. Installer kept calling the office to know what to do. They told him wrong information. They messed up our already installed internet. Had to pay the cable company to fix. Which they did fix in 10 minutes what these guys said couldnt be done. Outride lied to my parents about what they could do and what was possible. Lied about cable rules and laws. Lied about how far a coaxial cable can run. Sold my inlaws parts and equipment they didnt need. The manager Mike wouldnt take my calls and never would call back. Horrible and unprofessional company. If dish sends them out cancel and request a different company.
