All I can say is wow! The customer service was excellent, and the communication was outstanding. For those of us who don’t work in the audio and video world, learning to navigate the system can be overwhelming and daunting. However, Hermen provided incredible step-by-step instructions and was always incredibly patient with us. Hermen is a very nice and professional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do any audio, video, theater work for your next home project or new construction!

If you are looking for a customer, quality home audio and or audio visual solution for you whole home and or outdoor entertainment area look no further! Especially after install, hiss had a few hiccups like with any IT scenario but Command was there to answer and solve my questions. Thank you for the great experience and we enjoy our music on all 5 zones every day!!!

We highly recommend CAV!!! We bought a house that had built in speakers upstairs and a theater in the basement. CAV helped us purchase the correct receiver and speakers, etc. and connected everything and got it working perfectly. Hermen was patient and very informative.
