I recently purchased a home and am not particularly savvy when it comes to smart home technology. Wire works has come to my rescue. Danielle helped me with setup over the phone and was incredibly patient with my inexperience and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me get everything running. I also want to highlight Amanda, she has helped me with ordering add on items, scheduling, and all of my internet issues with a great attitude and wonderful sense of humor. And finally Gracyn was our installer for the TV, video doorbell, and amplifier. She is exceptional at installation and incredibly knowledgable about all of the different products. She truly felt like a family member who had come over to help us. Thank you so much Wire Works crew; you all are professional and courteous and have brought our smart home to life!

I have had service with Wire Works since moving into my new home over a year ago. I have added addition to my security system and every time someone comes out they have been very professional, knowledgeable and courtesy. Jayden, came out today and really showed what customer service was all about! Very patient and well verse in what he was doing and took the time to make sure I understood everything and went the extra to mile to remove an app that were preventing him from completing his installation. Super personality! Great job Wire Works!

my overall experience with wire works has been satisfactory! the technician who work onsite was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service and solved the problems immediately. the office personnel were also very professional and attained to my concerns in an exceptional and professional manner.

Pratt and I were in constant communication because of weather delays and he worked very hard to work with my schedule. He arrived on time and had my Ring Floodlight Pro installed in no time. Showed me how the app worked and the features and gave me a suggestion on how to improve the signal but never tried to up sell me. He showed a lot of integrity when he didn't want to charge me the full price for his service due to him not arriving as scheduled but we can't help what the weather does so he was paid what his normal fee was. He did a fantastic job!

I Needed immediate assistance after moving in: - tv mounting in multiple rooms - alarm system and 6 cctv cameras around the house - nest doorbell, nest thermostat - network cables for netflix 4K in living room, home office, and for the kid’s PlayStation game room. - landscape lighting outside the house - wifi access points upstairs and in basement pTech came out same day, asked good questions to get the job done quickly and for a fair price ASAP!Landscape lighting was something he recommended and I think it came out great! pTech was great, timely, professional, quick, and BEST price I could find in town. Pratik, the technician, was very knowledgeable as well. I am so used to using large companies that charge an arm and a leg for everything, and pTech knows how to do everything from Data Cabling, TV Mounting, Surveillance Cameras, Lighting Installs, Setting my Point of Sale and overall setting up my entire store on the tech side. Highly recommend!!
