Atlanta Audio & Automation recently installed a Sonos Surround Sound System in my home and after having had the chance to learn its features, I've been very happy with the results! Jon and DC, the two installers, were very professional and efficient. And, when I needed them to come out again to review further how the features worked, DC came back out the very next day. Very accommodating. So much better than the Sonos Customer Support number posted on Atlanta Audio & Automation's website. In person assistance is much more effective!! Thank you, Jon and DC!! I'm enjoying my new system very much now!!
The Atlanta Audio & Automation helped install a multiple zone solution in our corporate training facility. We needed the install to happen in a very short window over the year end holiday season. They were more than responsive and designed and installed a Control4 system. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had them come back out and install additional zones and speakers in other areas. I would recommend Atlanta Audio & Automation to anyone looking for a professional group with experienced management and installers.
Phillip and his team are the best. I have a high end integrated system that I purchased from another vendor in Atlanta. I was having issues and was referred to Atlanta Audio. After a brief consultation, it appeared all I would need is a new, upgraded Control 4. The technicians not only installed the Control 4, but fixed a number of errors the previous installer made. They were great at explaining the issues and gave continuous feedback during the process. Definitely my go to going forward.
