I had an outstanding experience with Affordable Audio & Video! Their team was highly professional, friendly, and attentive to all my needs. They installed a BlueSound system on my covered back deck, complete with two mounted TVs in the corners that work seamlessly in tandem, allowing multiple guests to watch the game from any angle—perfect for entertaining! Additionally, they extended the same system into my yard surrounding the pool, so we can enjoy music, the radio, or even stream what’s playing on the deck, all effortlessly synchronized. Mike and Mark also went above and beyond by troubleshooting my internet issues and helped me install a much more robust internet system that covers my entire home and yard, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity everywhere. The entire project was very thorough, and the team’s expertise truly showed. My family and I are very happy with the results. Excellent Service and very professional. I used Affordable Audio and Video as a recommendation and I am beyond pleased and excited for the work they completed. Mark is an expert and very nice! He did our consultation and was able to provide all the information we needed quickly and accurately. Scheduling the installation was quick and simple as well, especially because they were able to accommodate our schedule. We are very happy with the equipment that was picked out for us, and it is clear that the equipment are high-quality. The speaker and volume control installation was also 5 stars, the music is set up perfectly throughout our Home Theater now. The team was very skilled, courteous and respectful. I believe it is important to note that they are very careful when they work, and pay close attention to detail which is VERY important. They put in the time to make sure all the angles for the speakers were perfect, and to make sure that we know how to use the software. After the install, they thoroughly cleaned the installation areas, and asked us to do a walk through to approve the work before they left. The job was done on budget and on time. In conclusion, this is a 5 Star company, and they have earned our trust. We will only be using Affordable Audio and Video for this type of work in the future. A big thank you to your whole team!
Affordable Audio and Video have helped us with many projects: 2 TV selections/installs, replaced basement projector, updated inside music system (Sonos), replaced outdoor speakers, and installed doorbell cams.
