Alan did an incredible job setting up our home theatre. From initial meeting, he was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. He gave us different options within our budget, and made the experience easy and exciting. We love how our TV is set up with the Xbox, PS5, Roku organized in a wall mounted equipment rack. The 5.1 system sounds better then I could have imagined. Alan and his partner spent the whole day making sure every detail was perfect, and even came back out to my house to answer a few questions I had after using the new setup for a couple days. AV Innovations is the absolute most professional, detail-oriented, and punctual AV company I have ever worked with. I worked for a high-end AV company, and have worked with many and can honestly say Alan and his team are the best. I am thrilled with the surround speakers for the outside television on my deck installed by Kozi Media. What I really love about them is the work that was completed at my home was exactly what was explained to me. I had speakers mounted on my home and they are perfect, no visible signs of wiring, the technicians were friendly and courteous and they cleaned up when finished. Plus Kozi's customer service is fantastic, they are great at answering questions, displaying professionalism and they helped me understand the company’s products or services available.
