I used this TV mounting service and thought it was great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. He was on time and communicated clearly throughout the process, explaining exactly what he planned to do. Although my wall setup didn’t allow for the original installation I wanted, he offered a great alternative that saved me money and looks just as good. He even provided white wiring to help camouflage the cords since they couldn’t go inside the wall. The work was done quickly and quietly with very little noise. Jerald is the definition of a true professional and had both of my TVs mounted in just under two hours. Would definitely recommend Hi-Def Solutions to anyone looking to install or upgrade any A/V equipment in their home. I had a smaller project of mounting a TV and concealing wires, but I was treated like I was ordering a full media room setup. Polite and straight forward staff came out, looked at the situation and gave a quote the next day. On the day of the install they showed up on time, worked quickly/effectively, and when it came time to pay there was no extra "surprises" on the final bill. All and all great experience, and I look forward to using them on my next project.

Update: A year later and a new house. Couldn't wait until we had surround sound again since we moved. Hi-Def was the only choice for us. They did such a great job last time and very honest and reasonable. They didn't disappoint this time either. Great new system for living room and updated system to a closet so no cords under tvs...Also had tv mounted on back patio. Will continue to recommend. Great Experience!
