Having been in the audio business for over 20 years, I am particular about how things get setup in my home. I just built a new house and Joe dropped by to introduce himself. I’d known of Arnold Audio for many years but never met Joe. I really didn’t have elaborate needs and already owned most of the equipment to be installed so I wasn’t a high dollar prospect for Joe. Nevertheless I was treated just as well as someone dropping 20k on a custom installation. His staff was friendly, professional and did things efficiently and to the highest standards. I highly recommend Arnold Audio for any of your needs; large or small.

I had a Sonos system for audio throughout my house and backyard installed by Arnold Audio. It was a great experience. I needed help after they were finished due to a goof up by our cable service provider, and called Joe who talked me through the problem and we came up with a solution. Great personal service! Would recommend them to anyone!

I've worked with Naaman, the owner, on several projects, and his attention to detail is exactly what I expect. He showed me around the shop, and I'm impressed with all of the lighting, audio, and window treatments he offers, right here in Little Rock. Some of the brands he's carrying are next-level, out of my price range, but awesome to get to see and hear in-person. It's worth the trip just to see all of the technologies being implemented in high-end homes today. If you want a job installed thoroughly and correctly, definitely give Eleven your business.

Attention Arkansans: we have a real high end HIFI shop. It’s on Autumn Dr near Financial Ctr/Chenal almost across the street from the UAMS outpatient ortho clinic/Barnes&Noble/Trader Joes. This shop is the real deal, spent almost 2h there listening to Dutch&Dutch, Dynaudio, Magico, Lyngdorf and more. Their home theater room was amazing. Owner was unpretentious and accommodating. My favorites were the Dutch 8c and the Dynaudio but I didn’t listen to everything they had. What I can say is that we now have a great shop with a wide variety of products and as far as I know the ONLY true HIFI shop in Arkansas. If you are into HIFI you must go take a listen. I didn’t buy anything today but I will. There was no hard selling and they were super accommodating. A+ GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

I had Eleven HiFi install a wireless Roon-based HiFi system in my office, that is incredible. Then I had them come back and install a large flat screen with soundbar and amplification. Everything exceeded my expectations by far. Their product selection, knowledge, installation, and customer service are all off the charts. For HiFi, home theater, and home automation, shades, and lighting, I could not recommend them more highly! Fantastic!
