Our technician, Mark, was great! He hung an 83" TV on a wall covered with tile without cracking or damaging the tile in any way. He followed my instructions exactly regarding the placement and even connected my Sonos soundbar and helped with the initial programming of the new TV! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was efficient, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend!
