They mounted four in-ceiling speakers with precision, hung my display exactly to spec, calibrated the system for optimal performance, and dropped all wiring cleanly and professionally—exactly as I requested. They were incredibly flexible with scheduling, working around my availability without issue. Troy and the team are incredible to work with. I partnered with them to design and install a very comprehensive whole home custom audio solution. This included audio in 4 zones in our home, over 25 in ceiling, in wall speakers, 4 subwoofers, 2 amps, and 2 Sonos ports They also ordered and mounted several TVs for our home. Not only did they design and install, they programmed a custom remote for us that controls everything seamlessly. Additionally, They upgraded our home network system and every square inch of our house runs on super fast WiFi now. Outstanding Value! DSS has done 4 separate jobs in my house to include installing an outstanding home theater system, adding a large mounted TV in our family room, figuring out internet to a gaming room and most recently mounting a TV and sound bar in a home gym. With each project I thought DSS provided outstanding service, products (at prices cheaper than Costco and Best Buy), and overall outstanding service/value. Recently, I sent Troy a picture of a sound bar from a well-known box store - in that case, Troy said, “Wow! That is below my cost, snag it up and we can install it.” Top tier service with integrity - I will continue to use DSS and highly recommend them to all I know.
