Chris and Nate with CTech were very professional, on time and performed the services of mounting 6 tvs accurately and neatly. They confirmed each tv location to ensure I was happy with the height and width position and properly hid my exposed plugs and cords. When they finished their installation they walked me to each tv to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction and the tvs were functioning properly. I found CTech to be extremely help and professional. They offer helpful suggestions and present information easy to understand for a nontechnical person as myself. I highly recommend their services. Absolutely outstanding service! We hired CTech LLC to mount our TV to a Faux wall that we had partially built. They showed up, finished the wall, mounted the TV, sound bar and even showed me how to use my new TV (even turning off privacy invading settings for us). We couldn't be more pleased with the service. They were meticulous and put a lot of care into their work (they used a level to ensure that the TV was perfectly aligned before leaving as well as added additional support screws for stability). Chris was adamant about calling him if we had any issues or questions. We already have plans to have them install another TV in another room.
I own a vacation rental house in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and recently (December 2020) needed help mounting a new TV. Fortunately, I contacted Chris at CTech for this job. Chris did an amazing job. Chris showed up on time and did the job in a very clean and professional manner. But what really stood out is the time that Chris took after mounting the TV to help me figure out why I was not able to get a wireless connection to the TV. While I had to wait for hours to get someone at LG or Best Buy to help me out, whenever I called or texted Chris, he immediately responded and help me diagnose that the problem was actually due to Mediacom (which seemed odd since we recently got a brand new modem and have a good signal). Chris took all this time even though his work had already been completed. It is hard to find this outstanding level of customer care and service these days. As such, I unequivocally recommend Chris if you need help mounting anything: whether a TV or painting.
