Armor did an amazing job designing and installing the AV and security system in my new home in Lakewood Ranch. When I initially sat down with Barry (the owner) we discussed my dream list of things I wanted for my new home: structured wiring, high-end alarm system with security cameras, whole-home audio, motorized voice-controlled window shades, OLED Sony TVs, Control 4 automation, motorized door locks and my dream—a media room with a hidden in-ceiling movie screen. After this meeting I anxiously awaited the quote, worried I would not be able to afford such an elaborate system. But when the quote arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The pricing was much more reasonable than I thought, and I was able to get everything I wanted. Once it came time for installation, I was blown away by their quality of workmanship. Structured wiring is the foundation for home electronics and the Armor team did a masterful job in running the wiring throughout the home. Not only did every single ethernet cable work perfectly the first time, wiring was laid in a very meticulous, clean and organized fashion. The team did an equally masterful job of installing speakers, TV’s, ring doorbells, cameras, projectors, media cabinets, and of course the in ceiling motorized movie screen in the media room. I am a detailed-oriented person and am difficult to impress and I give an A+ to all aspects of their installation. I moved into my home a couple of months ago and am really enjoying my modern automated home, and my media room is incredible. Thanks Barry and the Armor team for making my home tech dreams come true.
I have used Armor Systems "extensively" over the past almost 3 years. Armor, in my experience, places a high priority on designing and installing audio visual systems that are carefully geared to unique interests of its clients - not too much - not too little. Each Armor staff member - consummately professional, polite, focused and productive. If problems arise after installation - they are there for you - they have even innovated with a 24/7 support service. Technology leader - Rafy is truly best in class - brilliant, he seeks solutions - not excuses. Andy - crew chief - is "all business" - a focused get it done leader. Barry - owner - effectively flies over the team adding his input and high quality advice along the way. Bottom line - these guys are always welcome in my home - they should be in your home too.
We built a new home recently and met with Barry to design the AV and security system. I was immediately blown away by Barry’s knowledge base and professionalism. Now we’re 18 months into this new home and the Control 4 system Armor installed is second-to-none. We had a few small issues right after we moved in (most of which were final tweaks). Each time I called we had an Armor representative there the next day. The team is just as professional and knowledgeable as Barry. I’m so glad we worked with Armor on our system. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home automation and security solution.
