In a world where most services take days (or even weeks) to respond, Mark’s responsiveness was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. The TV looks amazing — perfectly centered, secure, and mounted with clean precision. He even took the time to make sure all the wires were neat and gave me tips on how to set up my space for the best viewing experience. I can’t recommend Mark and Capital Installations enough. Mark saved my weekend! After Best Buy dropped the ball (only scheduled one person to hang a 75" tv - who canceled my appointment because he wouldn't accept help from me), I searched for a replacement. I first hired Trinity in 2009 to install a modest home theater at my old house. The end result exceeded my expectations and Michael was great to work with for the duration of the project. Mike took the time to truly understand our wants, needs, uses, and priorities in order to design a setup that would work within our budget. Like so many others, we chose not to use the awkwardly high and tiny cubby hole designed to place a TV above our fireplace. This meant the wall we used for our TV was not appropriately wired for such use, and our small living area did not allow for much flexibility (or equipment storage). We didn’t know exactly what we wanted, or whether it was even possible in the confines of our make-shift TV space; his experience and expertise allowed him to overcome several unique challenges with our setup. The end result was a clean, modern design with no visible wires that fit our space, decor, and budget perfectly!

Michael provided a great service. He walked through different options in detail for home WiFi, security cameras and updates to our home theater. He is meticulous in his work and attention to detail and completed the work on schedule and at a great price. Highly recommended.
