I had an excellent experience with RDU TV Mounting & Audio Video. I originally hired Best Buy’s Geek Squad through Samsung to install a Frame Pro TV, and unfortunately the installation did not go well. RDU TV Mounting & Audio Video came out to fix the issues and completely turned the experience around. They installed a media box behind the TV so it would sit flush against the wall, exactly as intended, and then also wall-mounted a second TV for me. The team was extremely professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service. I regret not hiring them from the beginning. The Frame TV is challenging to install, and I would strongly recommend RDU TV Mounting & Audio Video for TV mounting and any audio/video installation needs.

Fantastic work by these guys. They upgraded our system to 7.1 from 5.1 by removing the existing ceiling front, left, and center speakers by replacing them with new in-wall speakers around the new TV. Re-purposed 2 of those existing speakers in the ceiling as height speakers to give us the 7.1 system. Unmounted the old TV, mounted the new one much closer to the wall with a new bracket, which looks fantastic. Our experience with them was excellent. We purchased the TV and new receiver through them for ease, and the prices they quoted us. The quality of work was exceptional - they patched and painted the ceiling, ditto with the wall space that was uncovered when they removed the old TV and wall bracket. An excellent and easy experience from the moment we contacted them thru to completion. Very highly recommended.

The most informed. The most knowledgeable. The most professional. It starts with the office staff setting it all up to the the CEO coming out to the residence to talk about options to the fantastic techs setting up everything to perfection.. I highly recommend these folks if you want a top notch clean professional, reliable service. You can use them to purchase the products , or just install the wall mounts and tvs of your choice. All the Synergy people have been exemplary throughout the process of our system, from the owners to the guys doing the installations, to the guys teaching us the ins and outs of our smart home. We purchased a spec house and put the brakes on some of the less than desirable finished and proceeded to turn it into an "our" house. One of the areas of shortcoming was the A/V and security wiring and lack of smart systems. Synergy's owners were extremely supportive of our desires, working with us and sharing their knowledge and experience, even meeting us after hours to accommodate. Installing a plethora of new rewiring that were not, and should have been, spec'd by the builder in a home of this caliber. They and their people worked with us patiently over many months of the process. Then upon closing, finished the installation beautifully, working with us to get everything up and running and spending hours tutoring us on the operation of all the systems. We cannot speak more positively of their work and follow through. You absolutely cannot get a better A/V / smart home / security company in our opinion. We highly recommend them as being the best in the market.

Cannot say enough about the excellent experience we had with Synergy. The owners, Michelle and Aaron, helped bring incredible audio/sound to our home. They helped us articulate our needs, make a plan with the options that were best for our family and home, and their team was incredible when it came to installation: detail oriented, respectful of our space and patient in teaching us how to use everything. We now how incredible sound/music in our indoor and outdoor living spaces. A+++ all around.

Just had Synergy at my new home to install 2 TVs with soundbars and fine tune my Eero system and AT&T router setup and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a company like this. The 2 reps that came out were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and walked me through every step of the process. I'll be using them for any future needs (gotta get a home theater setup eventually) and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Elite Sight and Sound is awesome! They installed a 55 inch Samsung HDTV and Denon Sound Bar above my fireplace (on a Sanus Full Motion Mount) and also ran 3 HDMI cables to a nearby cabinet. They also installed a Blue-Ray Player and IR Kit that allowed my U-Verse Remote to control all components in the cabinet. The installation was perfect and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Elite Sight and Sound to anyone and will definitely use them again. Chris is very honest and is there for you after the sale if you need any assistance.

After doing some research to find the best person to mount a TV and have wires run through our house, we came across Chris and saw his portfolio and how great of a job he does. Chris came out to our house and did an excellent job on rewiring and relocating our cable box as well as mounting our TV above the fireplace. I'm so glad we found Chris. He is professional and does a great job. I have recommended him to a couple friends, and look forward to having him come back and do more work for us.

Chris and his team helped my get my basement wired for surround sound. The prior owner had installed some cabling, but it was a complete mess. Chris figured it all out and hooked me up with some great recommendations on speakers, a receiver, and a remote. The setup has worked since "day one" without any problems what-so-ever. I recommend Chris without reservation.
