I called a few companies for quotes to install a security camera system that I acquired a while ago and then decided it was way over my head to install myself. Out of all the companies I called, Charles from Top Notch AV gave the best quote and understood the system I was wanting installed. He was willing to work with me on price as I didn't want to spend a lot of money. He was very friendly and professional. He was very meticulous in every aspect of the job and although there were a few hiccups during the install, he made sure the job was done right. I'm very pleased with his work! Even after the job was complete, he reached out the next day to make sure that everything was working correctly.

Charles performed a TV installation for us years ago and I was so happy with the results of his work that I didn't hesitate to reach out to him again when we needed another TV installation and some other minor electrical work done. Charles was absolutely wonderful! He came to install my older 70" TV so my kids would stop touching it, and he made sure it was completely safe and secure in the corner of my room. He was so friendly, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It’s such a relief knowing the TV is safely mounted now, and my kids are happy too. I really appreciated how kind and helpful Charles was, and I highly recommend him!
