We had the pleasure of engaging Hook Me Up Solutions recently after moving into a new home. Matt and his team (Paul and Mark) are consummate professionals and simply a joy to work with. We were interested in upgrading and extending our wireless network, revitalizing a home-wide embedded music speaker system, installing cutting-edge TVs as well as improving exterior networked camera coverage. Matt listened carefully to our needs, devised a plan that addressed them and then put that plan into action efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. Moreover, Matt ensured that proactive measures were deployed without prompting so that our new system was flexible and expandable in the future. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough. You get what you pay for and these guys know their stuff.
Oh, wow! Hook Me Up Solutions is amazing! We needed a new antenna installed in our attic and a new TV with the new ATSC 3.0 standard. They came out two days ago and did that job plus a few little extras. Customer service was amazing as was their concern for our home. The outside wiring for the antenna was done discretely and they cleaned up during the job as well as at the end. They spent a good hour with us going over the features of our new TV and remote control. The results are everything we hoped for and more. I highly recommend Hook Me Up Solutions if you need any audio/video work done on your home—they define FIRST CLASS!
