Home Theater Installation in Morristown, AZ

A neighbor had used Jerry’s Audio Video for the system in their new house and referred us to them for upgrades to existing equipment. The whole process was seamless, from the quote to the installation. We were able to upgrade our whole indoor/outdoor sound system using the latest technology and simplifying the process to use it via our phone/iPad. The installers were very nice to work with and made sure we understood everything. The prices on the TV’s and sound equipment were competitive so we could purchase it all from Jerry’s and skip the hassle of shopping for it. We will use Jerry’s in the future for any needs we have and highly recommend them to others.

Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!?! I got the OWNER'S cell phone should I have any questions or concerns....NO ONE does that anymore! I am floored...! I installed an outdoor/indoor home theater system in my PV home and it's brilliant. Balanced, coordinated and cool. No ugly trippy wires, no components that don't exactly work right, and the remotes all work the way they are supposed to. My husband bought a sound system 10 years ago and it STILL doesn't work right. I am so glad I used Jerry's AV. The technicians were on time, polite and professional. And did I mention that I got the OWNER'S cell phone number should I have any questions or concerns??? Excuse me while I use my extra time to sit on hold with Amazon's customer service....sigh...I wish Jerry's could handle all my services! THE BEST EVER! GOAT!!!

Man, you would be lucky to use Jerry's. Don't look any further. These guys are professionals. For anything IT, Wifi, Audio-Music, and Video-TV. Custom installs in every room. I used them to set up Internet, house WiFi, the house music system, and many new wall-mounted SMART TV's. They brought in the cavalry, and did it all in one day. They are coming back to do custom cabinetry and more A/V. Great guys. You won't be disappointed. 5 stars.

The receiver for my home stereo stopped working. I called Roger and he helped me trouble shoot it over the phone. Unfortunately we diagnosed that it was dead. Roger helped me source a new receiver and came out to install it for me. He was timely and offered good service at a fair price.

Roger came out and optimized my home theater setup and programmed my programmable remote control (MX-650) and repaired a faulty electrical outlet. He's prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone needing home theater repairs of any type.
