Andrew at Galaxy fixed everything quickly after Best Buy gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Best Buy completely messed up both an online order for a TV and then an order I placed directly at their Chico store. On both of the scheduled delivery dates they discovered they did not have the TV I ordered in stock. So I cancelled my order with Best Buy and found Galaxy online and was impressed with their Yelp reviews. Andrew sold me the TV I was looking for at a very reasonable price, and installed it the next day. The TV was a gift for a family member, who reported the installation service was courteous and professional. So Andrew did in two days what Best Buy couldn't do in over three weeks. Whatever your audio video needs are, you won't go wrong with Andrew and Galaxy Custom Audio Video!

Our surround sound went out, followed by the entire system not working. Made a call to see if I could schedule a visit…on a Friday called and they came out later the same day! Figured out the issue and so grateful to be able to watch tv/dvds!! If we decide to replace the receiver I will use Galaxy! So impressed and love using a local company.
