Update: 10/22/2018 I requested additional help with my system and Chris did make a trip and a couple of phone calls back to assist me. However I still had questions and asked for assistance. I was Ignored "Ghosted" with no response. I was extremely dissappointed that I did not receive even a simple phone call to help me with my issue. Worked with Chris updating my Home Theater setup. Chris made suggestions on the receiver, number and type of speakers. We discussed options & came to a decision on my new system. Chris was professional, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping me with my decision. Upon installation Chris spent a couple of hours with me explaining what the different settings were used for and answered my questions. I am very happy with the performance of my new system & the sound is incredible.
