I reached out to Jacob after a different AV guy tried to steer my project in the wrong direction. Jacob listened to me- the customer. Now my screening room is the talk of all my friends. (The other guy wanted me to do 85” OLED saying the room was too small). Instead I have a 133” projector with 2 level seating. He is on time and professional and an expert in his field. Jacob is a wiz! Friendly and always willing to help. He doesn’t disappear after installation but rather is always available for questions. He installed cameras, WiFi, doorbell and multi room sound plus wall mounted TVs for us. All works just great! Highly recommended!
