Accurate Audio and Video installed our entire home system a few years ago. The customer service is amazing! I literally can call them with what I think is a stupid question- they are always kind and patient and happy to help. They usually try to resolve the issue over the phone- sometimes they need to come out- they always find time to promptly help me! In the four years I've had my system, they have needed to come out twice to fix a problem. Yes, they may be a little bit more expensive- but you are paying for their years of experience. So yes you can go buy your tv/ audio system elsewhere- but I guarantee, unless you are a tech whiz- you will spending hours learning the new language of home entertainment setup.
We had Accurate Audio Video install audio and video throughout our house when we purchased it 9 years ago and have gone back to them again and again. They've installed and maintained multiple video displays, audio systems and networks. They know what they are doing and they are very responsive.
Tom, Did a fantastic job of disassembling our 55 inch Sony TVs and helped pack them for shipping. We also bought these TVs from them, originally installed them on the wall walls and then now took them off the wall anyway Tom would a fantastic job. Thanks. We’ll always use you guys again.
