We had a wonderful experience getting quotes and through installation. Joe , the Project Manager, was a real pleasure to work with in terms of ascertaining our needs and designing what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable. The installation team of Jimmy, Miguel and Brian were also very knowledgeable and also a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, professional, did a good job of explaining things to us and cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. The little patch and repair work we needed was done expertly. Billing was done correctly and effortlessly. We have only had the system for a few days but based on our exposure to BCG Concepts so far, would highly recommend them.

I recently moved into a new home in Brentwood, CA. The whole BCG team was amazing. They were on time, professional, organized, experienced and all had great attitudes. Their attention to detail was second to none... they know everything about everything AV.... I was very impressed that they were onsite on time and always with a smile on their faces. The main installer Trey was absolutely phenomenal. His direct report Joseph B. Was exceptional as well. The whole team just got it done and I am very pleased with everything. BCG set up a whole smart home system that actually works! I’ve tried other systems that were too complicated or unreliable but these guys know their stuff. They installed a very reliable and very user friendly system. After it was installed, I’ve called from time to time when something needs added or adjusted. Every person from that company has been friendly and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! When they get onto a difficult problem, they won’t leave your house until it’s working like it should and you’re totally satisfied. I’ve always felt like a valuable customer with BCG.
