Dave was fantastic! We wanted a 65” TV mounted on top of a very high mantle, plus a sound bar mounted below the Tv- and we wanted all wires hidden. Dave and I spoke on the phone, I sent him some pictures and he provided a quote. His quote included all labor, parts etc- and he even made recommendations to enhance our audio. Upon arrival, the mantle turned out to be higher than he thought from the pictures- but he honored the quoted price. Dave was extremely professional. He laid down protective towels so as to not scuff the floor, always vacuumed any dust from drilling holes, carried a magic eraser to clean any pencil marks from measuring, etc. His work- matched his professional attitude. The install looks beautiful! TV/Soundbar are installed exactly as I wanted. He ran electrical/HDMI cables to a side box (hidden) so we could plug in additional devices (gaming systems, streaming devices). He even set up our speaker- recalibrating it to better suit its new location. I will admit- initially I was hesitant to hire a pro to do the job. I’m handy- and am pretty sure I could have made it work. But after seeing Dave’s work- I realized I made the right call in using Dynamic Audio& Visual. It would have taken me a weekend to do what he did, a lot of frustration, and it would not have looked HALF as good as he did. I HIGHLY recommend Dave and his company. Quality work. Quality service. Worth every penny.

Dave was great to work with! He helped me set up my new tv at an affordable price. Overall the process was very easy. Dave was easy to set an appointment with and returned my calls regularly. He offered to look for the TV and wall mount at a competitive price before I purchased the TV. Dave's work was quality, with hiding the wires and even assisting with cleaning up the work area. Dave also ensured the system was up and operational before providing the final bill. This was important as my TV is able to automatically turn on its axis into portrait mode and I was worry it would not work. Works perfectly! Dynamic Audio and Video is excellent! David worked us into his schedule and installed a new ROKU TV on our porch, and showed us how to easily navigate our internet provider and ROKU apps. We learned, with his instruction, so many shortcuts that we never knew existed! He is also able to hook our surround-sound out into our back porch. There is nothing he can't do with sound and video systems, wifi, and internet. The improvements are amazing and so helpful. You will never find a nicer and more patient professional. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!

Extremely happy with Aiken Augusta home audio. Fair prices, excellent service, and professional quality installation. Appointment times were prompt and as scheduled. Tim made quality recommendations for installing surround sound system in living room, and dual zone outdoor speaker systems in the back yard. Attention to detail in every aspect of the installation to hide wires and optimize the whole home system. Quality equipment, not cheap substitutions. Highly recommend. Not only did they move the power and cable outlets behind my bedroom tv as I requested, but even strapped all wires in place. I thought I was going to have to do that. Even replaced a faulty HDMI cord at no charge. I had a technical issue (probably my fault) with the streaming app and their technicians called me back immediately to troubleshoot. Top notch service.

We had Aiken Augusta Audio install an outdoor speaker system on our back patio. Very knowledgeable on products, friendly staff and the job was done very quickly. I would recommend them for all your entertainment needs.
