In resolving a faulty receiver Stephen returned for a half day of resolution & all is great! We had surround sound installed in Condo LR & existing sound system moved to bedroom. Stephen is old school with Yes Maam & Sir. He & Chris work together like an old married couple & get the job done! We are extremely happy with the communication, scheduling, technical knowledge & dedication to doing an excellent job. They are THE company to do your next AV Project no matter how big or small..

Like most people, we often search for competitive pricing while not compromising on the quality work. The team from AVI far exceeded my expectations.. showed on time, communicated through every phase of the process. From my initial conversation with Shawn, my walk through with Chris and installation with both tech Steve & Jeff. It was a worry free process. Oh they installed tv, audio system and will come back to install our security systems.

FIVE STARS TRULY EARNED! All I can say is WOW. I read the reviews online and was amazed at how a company can have 5.0 of so many reviews so I felt comfortable going with Pinnacle immediately. I requested to have a 65 inch hung above my fireplace (with them providing the mount and wires) and could not find a company to hide wires due to the initial faulty wiring of my home, but they found a way! Thanks soooooo much. It looks beautiful and professional. I’m happy and satisfied. They arrived 30 minutes early and was ready to proceed. I am happy they did. I rarely leave reviews, but this is so deserving. I have a few other TVs I will be having them to mount after I purchase them. Will be recommending to friends and colleagues for sure. Thanks again!

I was looking for a company that specializes in professional TV mounting and I came across Pinnacle TV Installations. The technician came out to inspect and ensure the wall was able to withstand my 70 inch Flat screen. Amazing service from beginning to the end!! The customer service was beyond excellent, friendly and so professional!! Aaronette was so helpful and answered all of my 500 questions lol. She was very patient and sweet. She worked very hard to make my installation happen with my insanely busy schedule. She reach out to the technicians and asked them to stay late to get my T.V installed. The two gentlemen were very professional, friendly and nice. They were as quick as lighting lol. I swear it took them 5 minutes to mount my T.V above my fireplace(joking). They were helpful with any questions that I had and made sure that I was satisfied with their work. Their work is amazing and fast!! I will use them again fir sure!! Highly recommended!!

Art and Dre are a dynamic duo for sure! I first had them install a smart doorbell and door lock. After my initial experience with Art, I knew I wanted to move forward with having them complete the installation of all tv's in our home (5 total). I had originally only booked to have them install one tv to "test" things out, but I didn't need any further confirmation after the smart home install. Within 3 hours (even arriving EARLY) they had quickly installed all 5 tv's. Needless to say I was beyond impressed! All mounts were cleanly placed and tv's treated with care. They also kept all trash collected and neat. I HIGHLY recommend these gentleman and will continue to support them moving forward.

They went above and beyond to help me with my Mantle Mount TV mount. I actually purchased my tv mount elsewhere not realizing that it's a complicated installation (especially on brick). I was about to give up and decided to call Electronic Home. They were so great to come out and assess my set-up, came up with a plan and got everything set-up.
