I had Control Freaks come out to replace and upgrade our home audio system. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. Dom the salesperson helped us to pick out a great sounding system, speakers, and amps. Bo helped coordinate and complete the installation. Shay and Slade did a wonderful job doing the installation and did a perfect job cleaning up after they were done. They also took the time to set up the app on my phone and explain how everything works. Great team!! Also, had an issue with one of the amps after installation(maybe a hardware issue?) but Bo got Shay out right away, they replaced the amp under warranty and got everything working again. Great service after the sale is just as important as the front end and Control Freaks didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend them for your home Audio/video needs.
