Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Jon came and installed about $40,000 worth of Control4 home automation light switches and combination locks. While I was happy with the initial installation, some things were left undone and he never returned to finish. He told me he scheduled two flights and cancelled them due to people staying at my home, but I did not ask him to cancel and it would have been just fine for him to come at those times. He has nver followed up with me in several months to try to schedule a time to finish the work and when we had some of the things stop working and I asked him to call me, he only partially answered my email and didn't call. Further, he did not give me access to be able to change my own door lock codes so I didn't have any control over my own home and was at the mercy of a non-responsive company. I ended up having to call another company and they told me they ALWAYS make sure the homeowner has control over their own door locks and combinations. The other company is coming out to try to fix the issues I was unsuccessful getting this company to service. My security lights stopped working during the time of the Control4 installation and still have not been fixed. It's really too bad. Jon is a likeable guy and he really seemed to have a passion for what he does and was knowlegable. I only wish servicing the clients needs and following up on issues that arise was a priority along with initial installation.
Not a great experience. Had to chase them. Found a better provider .
